OSHA porta potty requirements for construction sites
OSHA 1926.51(c) requires one toilet for every 20 workers or fewer on a construction site, and one toilet plus one urinal per 40 workers when the crew exceeds 20.

Servicing frequency
OSHA requires toilet facilities to be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, but does not set a fixed service interval. QX3 services every unit weekly on a fixed weekday as standard, and will run a second weekly stop on request for heavier-use sites.
Hand washing facilities
29 CFR 1926.51(f) requires adequate washing facilities where employees are exposed to substances that may be harmful — paints, solvents, and similar materials are what typically trigger it. Whether your job needs a dedicated wash station depends on the work being done, so check your project spec and the standard itself.
