What long term looks like with QX3
A long term unit only works if the service behind it doesn't drift. Our whole model is one weekly route through Augusta County — the same truck, the same weekday, whether the unit has been on your property for a month or a year. The rate doesn't drift either: $135 a month is the price in January and the price in July, with no fuel surcharge and no seasonal adjustment.
Long placements get the same weekly reset as an active job site: pumped, sanitized, restocked, deodorized, and looked over. If a unit shifts on soft ground or takes damage, we catch it on the next service stop — you don't have to call it in. And when the placement ends, pickup is part of the deal, not a fee tacked on at the end.
Long term rentals cover the same 30 miles as everything else we do — Waynesboro, Staunton, Fishersville, Stuarts Draft, and the rest of Augusta County. If your property has firm ground a truck can reach, it's a candidate.

How much does a long term porta potty rental cost?
$135 per month for a standard unit with weekly service included, plus a one-time $50 delivery fee. There is no pickup fee when the rental ends.
Can a porta potty be serviced through the winter?
Yes. Weekly service runs year round in the Valley, and below freezing we switch to a cold-weather deodorizer so the unit keeps working all winter.
Is there a contract for monthly rentals?
No long-term contract. One month minimum, then month to month — cancel with one week’s notice before your next service date.
Where can the unit be placed?
On firm, level ground a service truck can reach within about 25 feet. Gravel, pasture, and driveways all work, and we confirm placement before anything gets dropped.
